Founder / Yoga Therapist My Journey of Becoming a Yoga Teacher Yoga entered my life as a means to find balance, but it quickly became a powerful journey of transformation and self-discovery. What started as a personal practice eventually became a deep calling to share yoga with others. After completing my initial Yoga Instructor Course from S-Vyasa Institute, Jigani, I felt inspired to expand my knowledge and deepen my ability to serve. I pursued additional Teacher Training Courses in Therapeutic Yoga, Face Yoga, Anatomy and Meditation, each adding unique tools to my teaching and enriching my understanding of the human body and mind. I also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Yogic Studies from Karnataka Samsrit University, which gave me a strong foundation in yogic philosophy, history, and traditional practices. Each of these experiences shaped me—not only as a teacher but as a lifelong student of yoga. I’ve learned that teaching is not about having all the answers, but about holding space for others to explore, heal, and grow through yoga. Today, I integrate all these disciplines into my classes, offering a holistic approach that supports physical well-being, emotional balance, and inner peace. I feel honored to guide others on their own yoga journeys, and I remain deeply committed to continuous learning and self-evolution.

Diploma in Yoga My yoga journey began as a personal quest for health and inner peace, but quickly grew into a deeper exploration of mind, breath, and spirit. Inspired to share this path, I pursued a Diploma in Yoga, immersing myself in philosophy, anatomy, and teaching. Now, as a teacher, I find joy in guiding others on their own journeys—helping them reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and mindfulness.

Tejaswini S,

PG Diploma in Yogic Studies Yoga came into my life when I was seeking balance and clarity, and quickly became a journey of healing and transformation. To deepen my understanding, I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Studies, exploring philosophy, anatomy, and therapeutic practices. Now, I teach with gratitude, creating a space for growth, connection, and self-discovery—while continuing to walk the path as a lifelong student.
